Drink plenty of fluids throughout the days
Ice any muscles that appear sore
Parent meeting Thursday, August 20th at 5:00 PM in East High School Auditorium, all sports meeting to follow.
Payment is $185.00 made to Duluth East Athletics, can turn in at practice to student manager, Rebecca Martin or coaches.
