Thanks everyone for a fabulous first day!  Close to 100 student-athletes took to the trails at Lester Park today.  A few reminders for the rest of the week:

Drink plenty of fluids throughout the days

Ice any muscles that appear sore

Parent meeting Thursday, August 20th at 5:00 PM in East High School Auditorium, all sports meeting to follow.

Payment is $185.00 made to Duluth East Athletics, can turn in at practice to student manager, Rebecca Martin or coaches.

Register online!!!!!!  Need your student login information (kids helps your folks).
