Expectations: absolutely no horseplay, respect all bus privileges, this is only through the cross country season. It is an all or none deal; if one abuses or ruins this opportunity it will be discontinued for all athletes. Ride respectfully.

Hope everyone’s first day of school was exciting and fulfilling! Locker rooms and lockers will be available at East this week. Please provide your own combination lock.
If you want to check on results from the Grand Marais meet last week you will need to google the following steps found on the Results tab.
If you are planning on taking your son/daughter home from a meet they need a form completed and signed by Athletic Director prior to event day. Coaches will collect those now through Friday.
Sweatshirts/long sleeved shirts are in of you preordered. After practice you are able to pick them up.

Middle School Athletes: A bus will pick you up at Ordean -East Middle School. Bring everything with you as you will not be able to enter the school when we return.
