Student-athletes will be excused entire day. You are able to attend zero hour if you choose. Bus leaves from East High School at 9:30AM. T-Shirts are available for $15. NOT REQUIRED. Weather forecast is holding at 48-54degrees and sunny.
MEA break workout if unavailable due to travel.
Thursday 9:00 AM track 1 mile warm up, Hard, fast 1 mile, hard, fast 800m then finish run until 30-35 minutes in duration.
Friday 9:00 AM Hartley parking lot. Trail runs
Saturday- Long run for 45-60 minutes
Sunday- 6-8 Strides rest day.

Monday, Oct. 17 – Captain Elections, Regular Practice 3:40-5:00PM
Captain Candidates will speak to team, all participants will vote at practice.
Pictures are expected to arrive soon, or will be provided at banquet. Please mark your calendars for the end of season banquet. As coaches, we hope all athletes are able to attend as well as family members. This year the student-athlete is covered, all family members welcome at $12 per person.
Tuesday, Oct. 18 PROCTOR MEET– final regular season meet. Located at Proctor Municipal Golf course. One bus will be available for students to ride there/return. Students will be excused at 2:15PM, departure at 2:30PM. Parents and athletes reminder- MUST BE IN OFFICIAL UNIFORM TO COMPETE. ANY LACK OF EFFORT ON COURSE WILL RESULT IN BEING REMOVED DURING RACE. NO costumes, this is a meet and you will compete accordingly.

TUESDAY ,OCT. 11 ST.CLOUD MEET- This is a JV and Varsity meet only. NO PRACTICE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. Those participating in the meet will be excused at 11:30, DEPARTING at 11:45 AM. Our Estimated time of return is 11:00PM.

If you are interested in applying for a CAPTAIN position for next season 2017, please complete an application this week. All eligible applicants must complete the form and turn in by Friday, OCT. 14. No late applications will be accepted. You must have completed 2 years of participation, be a junior or senior 2017, Be in good standing with respect to MSHSL rules and coaches’ guidelines.
