Here are the upcoming important items:

THURSDAY JULY 26 RUN WITH THE HOUNDS 5K Fundraiser at Snowflake Ski Center  race at 6pm!

Captains’ Practices:  Friday July 27 no gathering

Monday-Thursday AM at 8:00 meet at UMD track –  no more afternoon sessions until official season kicks off

Tuesday, August 7 9:00AM at East High School parent/family meet the coaches -INFORMAL Recommended for new families joining cross country to ask questions.

Sport Physical!!!! GET THEM DONE~  grade 7 and 10 must have them before season starts

First Official practice- Monday August 13, Lester Park Pavilion 8:00am-10:00AM

Parent Meeting- Thursday August 16 at East High School 6PM

Clothing orders will be available by first practice- this is optional clothing or team spirit wear

REQUIRED:  ONLINE REGISTRATION TO JOIN CROSS COUNTRY, $185 fee.  Uniform top $25.  Black shorts on your own. Running shoes.
