Athletes-  please arrive at 8:30 to Lester Park.  Reminder you are the HOST at this meet.  Encourage your teammates, support the competition, and help with all aspects of this meet.  We will have a “camp” for our team to keep belongings together.  Make sure the area throughout the park is clean, litter free, and safe for everyone.

Parent volunteers-  Please plan to arrive at 8:30 Am as well to get duty assignments. 

Races begin at 10:00AM and will follow a running schedule ( when one race is complete, the next race will begin).

Order of Races:

Middle School Girls grades 7-9     3K distance

Middle School Boys grades 7-9      3K distance

Girls JV and Varsity grades 10-12    5K distance

Boys JV and Varsity grades 10-12     5K distance
