AM CAPTAINS’ PRACTICE WILL BE AT UMD Track- to meet.  Run will be at Chester or Bagley as per decision at 8:30 Arrival.   Pick up time will still be 9:45-10:00 AM  (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) EFFECTIVE July 24, – August 10.

RUN WITH THE HOUNDS fundraising race at Lester Park WEDNESDAY, JULY 26 6:00PM ( pre register above with tab $20)  Day of registration $25.

ALUMNI:  come run with the team Thursday AM at UMD 8:30AM-10:00AM

You may begin the upcoming season registration now!!  7th and 10th graders need PHYSICALS prior to start of season.   Go to East High School website and follow online instructions. Payments online NO Paper trail- unless sports physical needed.

Lester Park Invitational ( home meet)  Thursday August 24  10:00AM

Grand Marais (Cook County) in GRAND MARAIS   Thursday August 31 TBD  expect a return of 9:00PM

Official Season begins Monday August 14 at 8:00AM  Lester Park!!!  Hope to see you there
